Cancellations and Tardiness

Appointments canceled without 8 hours prior notice will be charged half of the projected service price. Rescheduling in this time frame receives no penalty.

 

Appointments no-showed or canceled within 1 hour of appointment time will be charged full price. Late rescheduling fee is 15% of the projected service price.

 

If you are more than 10 minutes late I cannot guarantee I will have time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will have to be rescheduled.

 

Color appointments are an exception and require 24 hour cancelation notice. Late cancelation will incur a $50 cancelation fee and $100 no-show fee. Late rescheduling fee is $15.
